Payment is due at the end of our job in the form of a cash payment unless otherwise agreed with Magic Bee’S Cleaning & Technical Services. We reserve the right to cancel services without notice due to unpaid invoices.
Don’t forget to ask for your receipt and leave your comments on our copy, which will help us to improve our service.
Clients will be charged the full price of cleanings services for cancelling or rescheduling a visit with less than 24-hour notice. The same fee applies if the Cleaner is unable to gain access to the Client’s home, through no fault of the Company.
If the Client needs to change a cleaning day or time the Company will do its best to accommodate him/her. A minimum 24 notice is required. Please note that the Company cannot guarantee that there will be availability on the new day and at the time the Client requires. Any changes in the cleaning schedule are subject to availability.
We accept payments post the cleaning session and in only AED and through Cash, Credit/Debit Card and Bank Transfers. Please speak to our office for any further questions. Once payment has been done, you will be getting a receipt in your email id within 24 hours.
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.
